The silent cabin, also known as a soundproof cabin, is designed to provide an acoustic environment for detecting product noise. Here are the key benefits of using a silent cabin:
Sound Insulation: The cabin is designed using acoustic simulation to accurately predict and achieve sound insulation, preventing external sounds from entering. This creates a uniform indoor sound environment.
Fresh Air: A low-noise fresh air supply and exhaust system with a labyrinth design reduces acoustic disturbance inside and outside the cabin. The system updates the air in the cabin efficiently every three minutes, ensuring a fresh, non-oppressive, and oxygen-rich environment.
Lighting: The cabin features a central lighting system with a 4000k natural light color temperature LED, providing a standard 150Lsx lighting level for normal use. The cabin also includes expandable power supply options for professional lighting needs.
220V Power Supply: The cabin is compatible with 100-240V/50-60Hz and 12V-USB power supply systems, ensuring compatibility with mainstream equipment and energy environments both inside and outside the cabin, for safer and more stable operation.
Easy Installation: The silent cabin is designed with a modular structure for quick installation and immediate use. It can be equipped with casters for mobility within a certain range. When needed, the cabin can be easily disassembled and reassembled in a new location.
